CONCEPT DESIGN
BAAN PHUTTHAMONTHON SAI 1 Design Project, owned by Mr. Apiwan, considers the exterior environment an important aspect of the overall design. The owner aims to integrate both interior and exterior elements into a cohesive whole. A relaxation area is provided for outdoor activities and welcoming guests. The garden is designed to evoke a sense of calm and create a pleasant atmosphere for family meals. This reflects the owner's desire for the home to connect with nature, combining simplicity with modernity.
The design embraces natural elements to suit the characteristics of a tropical climate. The house consists of three floors, built on a plot of land measuring 217 meters in length. Each floor includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and walk-in closet. A feature staircase, designed to be visually striking, is complemented by an elevator to provide convenience when moving between floors, making it easier not only for daily use but also for transporting items throughout the house.
The interior living space is designed to provide privacy, reflecting the characteristics and preferences of the residents. Each floor includes a relaxation balcony and a roofed walkway that wraps around the house. The size of each room is also planned to accommodate additional family members who may join in the future.
